Corporate Entity & Umbrella: This Site is operated under the parent corporate umbrella of Reyou Mindfulness Collective (operating online as Reyou and Reyou Consulting at reyoumindfulness.com).
Distinction of Services: While reyoumindfulness.com provides organizational strategy, business-to-business workshops and advisory, grant writing, and executive consulting, services booked through patleecreary.com focus on keynotes, speaking, and narrative facilitation.

2. Contracting, Invoicing, and Payments

No Direct Ecommerce: This Site does not directly process financial transactions, store credit cards, or execute digital storefront sales.
Corporate Invoicing: All formal proposals, service agreements, invoices, POS, and payments for speaking engagements, keynotes, or workshops requested through this Site are administered, issued, and collected by Reyou Mindfulness Collective (or its designated business accounts).
Binding Agreements: An inquiry submitted through this Site does not constitute a confirmed event booking. Engagements are only finalized upon the execution of a separate written contract and payment of any required deposit specified by Reyou Mindfulness Collective.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Site Content: All text, audio clips, video links, keynotes, frameworks (including Rebel. Mother. Queen. and Rooted), graphics, logo designs, and written essays featured on this Site are the intellectual property of Dr. Patlee Creary and/or Reyou Mindfulness Collective, unless otherwise credited.
